Flying V Frame Tips - The Flying V is a New frame system from Pilla that provides additional stability to the entire pair of glasses. The Tips of the frame are longer than the standard Copa Fork frame by design to provide an enhanced cradling effect behind the ears and head. Think of this like a pair of hands that hug the back of your head. The tips can be splayed up or down to provide more or less “Grip” and holding of the glasses on the players head. The top tip can also be placed under a hat to provide additional securing of the entire glass. The additional length of the Flying V Tips also act as a counter balance to the entire glass making the front of the glass extremely light feeling on the nose and provides extended wear over the day without feeling bridge weight and pain on the nose found in most sports glasses.
